It’s hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust. Between our cars and the teens’ cars, we’ve gone to Ruben more than we would like to, but such is life. He has always done excellent work for us. He does thorough diagnostics and always tells us straight up what’s wrong and what it will take to fix it. His prices are always fair. On more than one occasion he’s spotted a ticking time bomb problem and gotten ahead of it before it was a catastrophe. On top of that he and his staff are the kindest people in the world. Taking your car to these folks is like having a trusted friend who is really good with cars. I can’t recommend this shop enough.

The blower motor and A/C suffered a major issue while traveling (thankfully we had already planned to stay overnight in Idaho Falls). Upon arrival at our hotel, we called Ruben’s and explained the problem. They asked us to bring our truck over asap. By 9:15 am the next morning, they called with the news it’s all ready to go! At a very affordable price. Great family owned business! Nice people and honest. Fabulous! Oh, did I mention they dropped us off at our hotel AND picked us up in the morning?! Who does that?
